Nice and quiet finish leg. Wind steady from SE but rather choppy waves at times. Caught a glimpse of the red lava from the active volcano on Tanna when approaching in the night. That was quite special! Anchor dropped at 5m at 08:00 local time (UTC +11). That is 09:00 Fiji time and concludes this 630nm voyage in 5 days and 2 hrs. The last two days only sailing on the Genoa to reduce speed. Now; rest, check-in (on the other side of the island) and probably a cold beer or two.
Sea state: 1,5 – 2 m.
Fishing: No news.
CsB within sight.
All is well.
